I gotta tell you, I'm way excited for this go around. I'll try and be a more put together training partner for you, and if you could get your cycle in order so as not to interfere with the race day this time, that would be super. (That way when you beat me by a half hour, I don't have to feel worse because I was not only beat by a girl, but a girl who was also having that special experience DURING the marathon...)
I think the training schedule looks good.. I think a 30 Min weight/walk/bike on Fridays and Tuesdays, could be interchanged with a swim, great endurance excersize that loosens up the muscles, and works out your legs with 0 inpact, just a thought :)
